Allows snippets of HTML, PHP, JavaScript and CSS to be created; an alternative to using a functions.php file or adding styles to a child theme.

Snippets can be used to create re-usable HTML or JavaScript snippets or to create PHP to add_actions or add_filters without needing to add them to the functions.php file or create a plugin.

The following types of snippet can be created:
- HTML – can be loaded using the shortcode.
- Internal CSS – automatically added as internal stylesheet.
- CSS Stylesheet – automatically loaded.
- Internal JavaScript – automatically added as internal JavaScript.
- JavaScript File – automatically loaded.
- PHP – can be loaded using the shortcode (advanced mode only).
- PHP File – automatically loaded (advanced mode only).
- PHP File (Header) – automatically loaded in wp_head; allows use of add_action, add_filter and add_shortcode (advanced mode only).
Shortcode usage is either [snippet id=1013] (where the supplied id value is a snippet post_id) or [snippet slug='hello-world'].

All snippets are loaded only on the site frontend; this protects the admin dashboard from white screen errors caused by badly formed PHP; only enable PHP if you really know what you’re doing.

Installation
- Download the latest release of the plugin from GitHub.
- Upload the entire zip file using the Plugins upload function in your ClassicPress admin panel.
- Activate the plugin.
- Configure relevant settings via the settings page in the admin control panel (azurecurve menu).

Installation

Install the plugin and activate it. The next time you paste a supported short URL into a post, it will be updated when the post is saved.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if the destination redirects to another link?

If the destination is another known URL shortener (ex. t.co pointing to bit.ly pointing to wp.me pointing to a blog post), it’ll keep going up to 8 levels (to avoid infinite loops!) or until it gets a URL that isn’t on the list.

How do I add a shortener to the list?

It’s not supported yet, but I plan on adding an options page for it.

I’m running on a local server and this doesn’t do anything!

Most likely your system is configured to block your local webserver
from making outgoing connections. This is a sensible default for security!
Depending on your system, it may be blocked by a local or network firewall.
If you’re running Fedora Workstation with SELinux (like I am), this will enable it:

sudo setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect true
```

What about compatibility?

It should work going back to the classic editor and forward to the block editor. It even works on ClassicPress.

Subscribe2 provides a comprehensive subscription management and email notification system for WordPress blogs that sends email notifications to a list of subscribers when you publish new content to your blog.

= Email =

Email notifications can be sent on a per-post basis or periodically in a Digest email. Additionally, certain categories can be excluded from inclusion in the notification and posts can be excluded on an individual basis by setting a custom field.

= Subscriptions =

Subscription requests allows users to publicly subscribe (Public Subscribers) by submitting their email address in an easy to use form or to register with your blog (Registered Users) which enables greater flexibility over the email content for per-post notifications for the subscriber. Admins are given control over the presentation of the email notifications, can bulk manage subscriptions for users and manually send email notices to subscribers.

The format of the email can also be customised for per-post notifications, Subscribe2 can generate emails for each of the following formats:
- plaintext excerpt.
- plaintext full post (Registered Users only).
- HTML excerpt (Registered Users only).
- HTML full post (Registered Users only).
If you want to send full content HTML emails to Public Subscribers too then upgrade to Subscribe2 HTML.

Installation

= AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION =
1. Log in to your ClassicPress site and visit the Plugins page.
2. Click the Add New button and select the ‘Upload’ method.
3. Upload the Subscribe2-for-cp.zip file from your computer and click the ‘Install Now’ button. Then activate the plugin.
4. Visit the “Subscribe2 -> Settings” menu and configure the options to taste, including the email template.
5. Visit the “Subscribe2 -> Subscribers” menu and manually subscribe people as you see fit with due consideration to privacy.
6. Create a Page to display the subscription form. When creating the page, you may click the “S2” button on the QuickBar to automatically insert the Subscribe2 token. Or, if you prefer, you may manually insert the Subscribe2 shortcode or token: [subscribe2] or the HTML invisible  Ensure the token is on a line by itself and that it has a blank line above and below.
  This token will automatically be replaced by dynamic subscription information and will display all forms and messages as necessary.
7. In the WordPress “Settings” area for Subscribe2 select the page name in the “Appearance” section that of the WordPress page created in step 7.
= MANUAL INSTALLATION =
1. Using FTP software copy the entire /subscribe2-for-cp/ directory into your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Log in to your WordPress blog and visit the Plugins page.
3. Activate the Subscribe2 HTML plugin.
4. Complete step 4 and onwards in the instruction list above.

Nearby integrates with the following azurecurve plugins:
- Flags from azurecurve allows a location to be set for a page; this will display the location flag next to the location name in the table of nearby attractions.
- Icons from azurecurve allows an icon to be displayed next to a nearby location which has an entry on a timeline (requires integration with Timelines to be enabled).
- Timelines from azurecurve allows a character (such as *) to be displayed next to a nearby location which has an entry on a timeline.
- Toggle Show/Hide from azurecurve allows the table of nearby locations to be enclosed with a toggle.
Apply the [nearby] shortcode to a page with co-ordinates and nearby locations (pages with co-ordinates), based on the settings, will be displayed in a table.

While revisions can be disabled or limited in number with settings in the wp-config file, there is no way to allow for the deletion of revisions over a certain ago. That is what this plugin allows you to do.

In the options you can set the number of months after which revisions are to be deleted. They can then be deleted at the click of a button or via a cron job running on a daily schedule.

The options also allow you to select the post types (both standard and custom) which can have revisions removed.

Removal of revisions is done using the ClassicPress function to ensure they are done correctly.

This plugin is multisite compatible, with options set on a per site basis.

The PHP Error Log Viewer plugin handles a very specific task and that is to display the PHP error log in a user-friendly manner than can be easily filtered, styled, sorted, preserved, or purged.

More Debugging, Less Clicking

If you have grown tired of flipping back and forth between screens/browsers/apps/whatever to check and recheck your PHP error log as you’re writing code, this will be incredibly handy for you. There’s a link to the error log within reach at all times and it doesn’t require any special configuration.

Viewing the Error Log

Click the PHP Errors menu item in your admin bar. Hover the menu item momentarily and it will reveal your current PHP version. Alternatively, you can access the error log by navigating to Dashboard > Tools > PHP Error Log.

Filtering the Error Log

The checkboxes across the top of the display allow you to show and hide each of the various types of errors: Deprecated, Notice, Warning, Error, and Other. There are also checkboxes to show and hide the time/date, stack traces, and to sort the error log in reverse. Tick your preferred boxes and click the Apply Filters button to update the display.

Refreshing the Error Log

When viewing the error log, you will find a button to Refresh Error Log at the right side of the page. Clicking this button has the same effect as clicking your browser’s refresh button. The error log will be re-read and displayed fresh.

Purging the Error Log

When viewing the error log, you will find a button to Purge Error Log at the right side of the page. Clicking this button will purge all messages from the error log. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletion. If your error log is not writable by the PHP process, you will not see this button.

Purging the Error Log via AJAX

In the admin bar, you will find a link PHP Errors which, when hovered, will expose a link to Purge Error Log. Clicking this button will purge all messages from the error log without redirecting you away from the current page. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletion. If your error log is not writable by the PHP process, you will not see this link.

Manually Triggering Errors

As of version 2.2.0, there is a function that allows you to manually trigger user-level notices, warnings, or errors and have them neatly displayed in the error log. Here is an example of creating your own wrapper function for added convenience.

Display Options

The checkboxes at the top of the error log display allow you to choose which types of error messages you want to see. Check any of the boxes and click the Apply Filter button to update the display.
- Date/Time
  Check this box to show dates, times, and other meta data.
- Notice
  Check this box to show non-critical PHP notices.
- Warning
  Check this box to show non-critical PHP warnings.
- Error
  Check this box to show critical PHP errors.
- Other
  Check this box to show any other errors that didn’t meet the above criteria.
- Show Stack Traces
  Check this box to show stack traces for critical errors. Note that not all critical errors will generate a stack trace.
- Reverse Sort
  Check this box to display the error log with latest errors at the top.
Primary Alert Bubble This filter allows you to hide or redesign the primary (red) alert bubble in the admin bar. This filter accepts a single argument, the markup of the primary alert bubble.

Secondary Alert Bubble This filter will allow you to hide or redesign the secondary (gray) alert bubble in the admin bar. This filter accepts a single argument, the markup of the secondary alert bubble.

Add Content Before Legend

In cases where you need to insert some contextual information, either of the following filters can be used to place the content before or after the legend. These filters receive an empty string as an argument.

This is a companion plugin for Update Manager.

With Stats for Update Manager you can count active installations of your plugins and themes that serve updates with Update Manager.

You’ll find a new submenu, Statistics, under the Update Manager menu.

It’s compatible with Update Manager versions 1.x and 2.x.

It supports WP-CLI. See the help typing:

When a plugin/theme is in that count

Plugins and themes that queried Update Manager at least once in the last week are considered active. When a plugin/theme have not queried Update Manager in the last 4 week it’s removed from the database table. See filters section to tweak.

It also add the number of active installations in the plugin details. See filters section to tweak.

You can reset the count using the Reset row action.

Filters

Change/hide the number of active installations in plugin info tab

sfum_active_installations let’s you change/hide the number displayed in the details of your plugins.

Examples:

Don’t show active installation for my nothing-to-see plugin and raise it to one million for boost!

Add opt-in or opt-out for your plugin users

Supported by Update Manager Client since 2.3.0. Note: this filter is from Update Manager, not from Stats for Update Manager.
codepotent_update_manager_filter_{$slug}_client_request let’s you inject data in the request made by UpdateClient.class.php.

Recognize your own sites in debug

Note that debug information is displayed only if WP_DEBUG is set to true.

sfum_my_sites let’s you recognize your own sites. They will be marked with an * in the debug informations.
With this filter you can populate an array of sha512-hashed urls.

Configure the timing a plugin/theme is considered active or stale

sfum_inactive_after let’s you configure the number of days before a plugin/theme installation is considered inactive.

sfum_old_after let’s you configure the number of days before a plugin/theme installation is considered stale and will be removed from the database.

Example:

Note that filtering sfum_old_after to 0 will erase your database when the daily maintenence cronjob is executed.

Prevent specific(s) plugin(s)/theme(s) to be logged

sfum_exclude let’s you configure an array of identifier that are excluded from logging.

Note: this don’t clean your database from already logged ones.

The above shortcode returns an integer depicting the total number of all installations (of all plugins and themes) across the web. Developers can use it in a sentence:

Building on the previous example, you can also provide a plugin or theme id. This shortcode returns an integer depicting the total number of installs for the plugin or theme with the given identifier. Developers can use it in a sentence:

This shortcode returns an integer depicting the number of unique domains using all of the developer’s plugins. Developers can use it in a sentence:

REST API

To get a list of endpoint identifier and active installations you can access wp-json/stats/v1/stats/.
To enable this, add to wp-config.php this line:
define( 'SFUM_ENABLE_REST', true );
Note that the value of active installation is affected by the filter sfum_active_installations.

GDPR / privacy

This plugin stores data about plugin/theme updates in a table.
You can configure how much time this data is kept using sfum_old_after filter (defaults to 4 weeks).
All the data is removed at plugin uninstall.
- URL of the site asking for updates, sha512 hashed
- plugin/theme checked
- timestamp of the last check
Is up to you to decide if and to inform your plugin/theme users that this data is kept.

To help us know the number of active installations of this (Stats for Update Manager) plugin, we collect and store anonymized data when the plugin check in for updates. The date and unique plugin identifier are stored as plain text and the requesting URL is stored as a non-reversible hashed value. This data is stored for up to 28 days.

To skip Stats for Update Manager from logging, the plugin/theme have to ask for updates defining, in the body of the request done by UpdateClient, $body['sfum']='no-log'.
Since version 2.3.0 of Update Manager client this can be done using a filter.
