Gets the content of a file from a GitHub repository and outputs using the [github-file] shortcode.

Settings allow default options, such as author, folder, filename to be specified. Additional options to allow the removal or conversion of WordPress headers in readme.txt files.

Available shortcode parameters:
- account – account on GitHub
- branch – branch to get file from
- folder – folder containing the file
- file – file to get from GitHub repository
- repository – name of GitHub repository
- startfrom – text in file to start outputting from (e.g. # Description)
- htmlastext – 1 to output HTMl as text and 0 to output as HTML
- shortcodesastext – 1 to output shortcodes as text and 0 to output as shortcode
- wordpresstitles – remove/ignore/convert
All parameters except repository can be defined as defaults in settings.

Example shortcode usage:

[github-file branch="master" repository="azrcrv-get-github-file"]
```
Output is in markdown, but use of a plugin such as Markdown by azurecurve can convert this markdown to HTML markup.

This plugin is multisite compatible; settings need to be configured for each site.

Installation
- Download the latest release of the plugin from GitHub.
- Upload the entire zip file using the Plugins upload function in your ClassicPress admin panel.
- Activate the plugin.
- Configure relevant settings via the configuration page in the admin control panel (azurecurve menu).

Shortcode [short-url] or function azrcrv_urls_get_custom_shortlink can be called from themes or other plugins to retrieve the custom short URL.

- Automatic tweeting of posts and pages to Twitter as they are published.
- Automatic retweeting of posts and pages a user specified period of time after publication.
- Scheduled tweeting of posts and pages on a randomly selected basis at a user specified date and time (each day separately configurable).
- Automatic adding of hashtags to posts and pages (save draft before manually adding any required hashtags).
- Automatic replacement of word or phrases with hashtags (for example, switch the word ClassicPress for @GetClassicPress).
- Sending of manual tweets (including tweet threads).
- Sending of scheduled tweets (including tweet threads) at a user specified date and time.
- Support for four media images attached to a tweet from posts, pages, manual and scheduled tweets.
- Integrates with Short URLs from [azurecurve](https://development.azurecurve.co.uk/classicpress-plugins/ for post and page addresses in tweets.
- Retain and view tweet history.

As scheduled tweets rely on cron for processing, large images can cause timeouts. This can be mitigated by switching off the wp-cron and setting up a cron job on your web host control panel.

Sidebar Login adds a useful login widget which can be used to login from in the sidebar of your ClassicPress powered blog; once a user logs in they are redirected back to the page they logged in from rather than the admin panel (this is configurable).

The following tags can be used in the widget settings for titles and links and will be replaced at runtime:
- %username% – logged in users display name
- %userid% – logged in users ID
- %firstname% – logged in users firstname
- %lastname% – logged in users lastname
- %name% – logged in users firstname and lastname
- %admin_url% – url to WP admin
- %logout_url% – logout url
- %avatar% – User Avatar
Notes
- Due to AJAX not working across different domains (see same_origin_policy), AJAX logins will be disabled if your site it non-SSL, but the FORCE_SSL_ADMIN constant is set to true. Instead it will fallback to a traditional POST.
