Asyntai AI Chatbot

Asyntai adds an AI chatbot to your ClassicPress site. It reads your pages and
posts, then answers your visitors in their own language, day and night.

This plugin is a client for Asyntai.com, an external service. Connecting a
free or paid Asyntai account is its primary function. Asyntai hosts the
chatbot, reads your site content and answers your visitors’ messages.

= What it does =

• Answers from your own content. Asyntai reads your pages and posts, so the
  replies match what your site actually says.
• Works in every language. It detects the visitor’s language and answers in it.
• Captures leads. A visitor can leave an email address or a phone number in
  the chat, and it lands in your Asyntai dashboard.
• Shows you what people ask. The chat logs tell you which questions come up
  and which pages leave visitors unsure.
• Runs on any ClassicPress site. A shop, a club, a school, a charity or a blog.

= WooCommerce shops =

If WooCommerce is active, the plugin makes a read-only WooCommerce REST key and
hands it to Asyntai. The chatbot then answers with the product name, today’s
price, the stock level and a link to the product page. Press Reset on the
plugin screen and the key is deleted from your site.

= Pricing =

The plugin is free. Asyntai offers a free plan and paid plans. Because the
chatbot runs as a hosted service, this plugin is listed as Premium under the
ClassicPress directory rules for Software-as-a-Service.

Create an account at Asyntai.com.

This plugin connects to Asyntai.com to enable and run the chatbot.

What is sent, and when:

• When you press Get started, the plugin sends your site address to
  asyntai.com so your account can be linked to this site. Nothing is sent
  before you press it.
• If WooCommerce is active, the plugin also creates a read-only WooCommerce REST
  key on your site and sends it to asyntai.com in the same step, so the chatbot
  can quote the current price, stock and product link.
• While the sign-in window is open, the plugin asks asyntai.com whether you have
  finished. This carries only the one-time token made for that window.
• On your public pages the chatbot script loads from widget.asyntai.com, and
  visitor messages go to asyntai.com to be answered.

1. Download the release ZIP file from the ClassicPress Plugin Directory.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the ZIP file and press Install Now.
4. Press Activate Plugin.
5. Open Asyntai AI Chatbot in the sidebar.
6. Press Get started and sign in to Asyntai in the window that opens.

The chatbot appears on your site as soon as the connection is made.

= Do I need an Asyntai account? =

Yes. The plugin connects your ClassicPress site to Asyntai, which runs the
chatbot. You can make a free account during the connect step.

= Where does the chatbot get its answers? =

Asyntai reads your public pages and posts. On a WooCommerce shop it also reads
the catalogue through the read-only key.

= How do I remove it? =

Press Reset on the plugin screen, then deactivate and delete the plugin.
Reset also deletes the read-only WooCommerce key from your site.
